Return

A major problem ? An article not to your expectation? If a product does not suit you or if it does not comply with your order, you can make a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the state of our stock, an exchange may not be possible but only a refund or a credit. Upon receipt of the returned product (s), they are checked by our logistics service before the refund is made.

For the reimbursement to be effective, the returned products must be unworn, unwashed and not personalized . You will also have to return any additional article/object accompanying your order such as gift objects for example. Please note, some products cannot be returned and/or reimbursed, this is particularly the case for gift cards and sale products .

Refund

A refund will not be possible if:

- The article is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

- The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days maximum. We will credit the same payment method used when placing your order.

Processing times depend on your bank process. If you have not yet received your refund after being notified that it has been processed, please contact your bank or the credit card issuer.

If the returned item was identified as a gift during the purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit with a value equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item (s). Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on your home location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
