Important note - COVID-19

Due to the strengthening of the security measures put in place to control the COVID-19, delivery times may be extended. We are not able to estimate the real impact because it will depend on each carrier. However, we make every effort to ensure that your package arrives safely and to expedite shipments so as to have the least possible impact on delivery times.

The command

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Babyontop. Babyontop reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already presents a dispute with Babyontop or if Babyontop considers that the Customer involves a risk of default. Babyontop therefore reserves the right to ask its Client for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Babyontop undertakes to honor orders received, only while stocks last.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 5 to 14 business days. Orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we face a high demand, it is possible that the shipments are postponed by a few days. For international shipments, note that it may need additional days due to customs checks. If significant delays are noted, we will contact you using the email or telephone contact details that you recorded when placing your order.

All our orders are dispatched from the post office of Sceaux.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case will Babyontop be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times. Delays in delivery may occasionally occur.

In order to improve the satisfaction of our customers, we may have to change the methods and delivery costs without delay.

European deliveries

The delivery in Europe is made by La Poste in normal or followed letter. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The costs and deadlines vary according to the destinations:
